* Our approval as a Public Benefit Organisation and in terms of S18A of the Income Tax Act provides the foundation and/or our donors with certain tax advantages, however, these approvals also come with stringent requirements that we need to follow. Like all other organisations with S18A approval, we unfortunately can only issue a S18A receipt to a donor in respect of qualifying donations. For example, we cannot issue one for the value of services provided to the foundation or where the donor will receive some sort of benefit as a result of the donation.
